Just setting up my Substack

Substack is a company I am extremely excited about. (Full disclosure up front: I am a shareholder of the company because I am a partner at Y Combinator and Substack was in the YC W18 batch.)

I have been wanting a non-ad supported platform for writers to exist (and financially succeed!) for quite some time, and the founders of Substack seem to be doing an excellent job so far.

I like to think that this can become a massive place that future news and opinion can thrive without depending on the financial support of a Chumbox.

At any rate, I am not yet sure what exactly I will do with this Substack account (if anything) but I thought the best way for me to learn more about it was to create an account for fun. So here I am :)
